At Martina O’Brien Physical Therapy, I offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Pre/Post Natal classes suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, recovering from pain, or expecting a newborn, I provide a variety of classes that will help you move better, feel stronger, and find balance in both body and mind.

I strongly believe that exercise is one of the most important factors in a healthy life, and Pilates ticks all the boxes for that. Reformer Pilates involves low-impact exercises with resistance to strengthen your whole body, whilst Mat Pilates involves bodyweight exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Pilates is a remarkable way to improve your fitness, health, and overall wellbeing including benefits such as:
