Phyx classes focus on controlled, functional movements using light resistance and simple equipment such as resistance bands. The exercises are designed to activate muscles, improve posture and build core strength while enhancing balance and coordination.
Phyx classes typically run for approximately 60 minutes and focus on full-body movement and progressive strength development in a safe and supportive environment.
